WITH POTENTIAL BUYERS DECIDING IN ROUGHLY 7-10 SECONDS IF YOUR HOME SHOULD BE THEIR NEXT HOME, CAN YOU AFFORD TO LET THE COMPETITION HAVE THE UPPER HAND?

Your home is usually your biggest asset and there are many things that go into a successful sale. The right price and a home that stands out for all the right reasons are the most important ones. Hiring a Home Stager to elevate and enhance your property in order to attract many buyers and make your home stand out from the competition, leads to a successful sale.

HOW IT WORKS

First I start with a pre listing preparation service, which is a must for any occupied home. This consists of a walk through of your home interior/exterior and my tips and recommendations to elevate and enhance your home. Suggestions of upgrades or changes that the homeowner should address to make the home in tip top condition and market ready. Includes my room-by-room punch list of ‘to do’s” that you work from, your choice to hire painters/electrician/handyman etc. or DIY. Option to add occupied staging - 3 room minimum.

Full Staging service for vacant or occupied homes. Minimum 3 room stage. For vacant or half vacant homes, rental furniture can be leased by the homeowner. I do all the sourcing /ordering and bring in all the decorative accessories. If occupied I can stage using the homeowner’s furnishings if they are suitable or use a mix of rental furniture and owners items, which keeps the cost down.
